Overnight Care

Someone present through the night.

For families whose biggest worry is the hours between dinner and breakfast, a caregiver stays overnight, typically across multi-day scheduled shifts.

What is Overnight Care?

A caregiver comes to the home in the evening and stays through the night, typically an 8–12 hour shift from evening to morning, so someone is awake and ready to help with bathroom trips, wandering, medication reminders, or anything else that happens after dark. It sits between Hourly Care and full 24-Hour Care, ideal when nighttime safety is the main concern but round-the-clock daytime supervision isn't yet needed.
