Have you worked with older adults before?

Pick everything that applies. No experience is genuinely fine.

Answer honestly. A no is not automatically a problem, and knowing now saves us both a phone call.

Are you 18 or older?

Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?

Do you have reliable transportation to get to shifts?

Do you have a valid driver's license?

Only needed if you would be driving clients. Plenty of shifts do not involve driving.

Do you have current auto insurance?

Can you pass a background check?

Missouri requires one for every caregiver. If there is something on your record, tell us at the interview rather than here. It is not always a no.

Have you lived outside Missouri in the last five years?

Not a problem. It just means the state asks for a fingerprint check too, and we start it sooner if we know now.

How long have you been caregiving? When can you work?

Rough is fine. We build schedules around people.

Where have you worked?

The last three jobs is plenty, caregiving or not. If you have only cared for family, say that here too.
