Who it's for

Advanced Care may be the right fit when:

Memory loss has reached the point where they shouldn't be left alone

Confusion, restlessness or wandering is happening, especially later in the day

Moving, standing or transfers now take more skill to do safely

Parkinson’s or a stroke has changed how they move, eat or communicate

Personal care routines take longer and need more patience

The family's plan keeps changing, and you need a team that can keep up

Seeing one or two of these is a good reason for a free in-home assessment. We'll tell you honestly whether Personal Care is enough or Advanced Care is the better fit.

How we approach it

The right caregiver matters most at this level.

Thoughtfully matched

Experience first

Caregivers are matched to your loved one's needs, with more experienced caregivers for more complex care.

Familiar faces

The same caregivers when we can

With memory loss, a familiar face and voice can make the whole day calmer. We try hard to keep the same people.

Small changes noticed

A note after every visit

Eating less, a new wobble, a harder evening. You hear about it, so you can act early.

Routines that steady the day

Their way of doing things

Meals, bathing and rest at the times they're used to. Familiar routines help on hard days.

The family stays in the loop

Plans that change with them

As needs change, the plan changes with them, without switching agencies or starting over.

Day, night or around the clock

Hourly, overnight, 24-hour

Add overnight care when nights are the risk, or move to 24-hour care when someone needs to be there all the time.
