Caring Companions was founded with a heartfelt mission: help seniors and adults who need support keep living safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place that means the most to them. We had watched too many people moved into facilities before they were ready, not because they couldn't live at home, but because they didn't have the right support.
The years since · Earning trust
Growing the way trust grows: one family telling another.
Word spread from family to family across Southwest Missouri. We grew from a handful of caregivers into a team serving six counties, and we kept the rules that made us different: caregivers are our screened, insured, bonded employees, never contractors, and care plans are built around each person's routines, preferences, and story.

Every caregiver is thoroughly screened, insured, and bonded, and they're our employees, not contractors. We handle the taxes, insurance, and backup support whenever it's needed.
