Family Dementia Safety & Emergency Plan
Print two copies: one by the coat closet, one for the person who'd get the phone call. Sections fill in automatically from your care plan and keepsake if you built them in the course on this device; blanks print for filling in by hand.
The rules that don't wait
Missing and possibly in danger: call 911 immediately and say "missing adult with dementia." There is no waiting period. · Sudden confusion or sleepiness: call the provider today: "this is a sudden change from their normal." · Stroke signs, unresponsiveness, trouble breathing, serious fall: 911.
