The Dementia Journey · A free resource from Caring Companions

Daily Routine & Trigger Tracker

The family playbook. For each task, note the time of day that goes best, what reliably helps, and what reliably makes it harder. Two weeks of honest notes and you'll know rhythms no doctor could tell you, and every sibling, respite worker, and helper can start from your discoveries instead of restarting the war.

Remember the module's rules: prepare the room before the person · one thought, then wait · two choices · hands under, not over · and the red flags (coughing at meals, weight loss, sudden bathroom changes, anything medication-shaped) always go to a professional.
